Captured on my recent trip to Mars - the one-way vacation. It took forty minutes to transmit the RAW data file to Earth and another four days to resolve each pixel in its true colour. I am the first person to arrive on Mars and can report that the weather is fine and the air is clean and breathable. Gravity is not a problem and clean water can be readily found by digging about 300 mm below the surface. It's a good thing that I was given food supplies for three years because the soil doesn't seem to be fertile - that's going to take some work before seeds can be planted. It looks like a dust storm on the horizon so I'm heading back to the living pod. Signing out for now...... [link]
